Ordering Information
All our items are BRAND NEW unless stated otherwise. Email us at charms.adorie@gmail.com with the item's name as the subject, & we would reply you within 24hrs to advise you on payment.

If the item is pending, it means that we are waiting for payment to be made within 3days.
If the item is sold, it means we have sold the charm enquired, but we are able to take in preorders.
If the item is sold out, it means the item is no longer available for sale.

Please kindly be 100% sure that you are interested to purchase before emailing us, as all dead buyers would be blacklisted. Our charms are exclusive & in limited pieces, so do act fast as items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

Payment Information
Payment has to be settled within max. 3 days for pending buyers, otherwise the item will be offered to the next buyer on our waiting list. We accept Internet Banking/ATM transfers to our POSB/OCBC accounts, cheques & concealed cash at buyers' own risks. We are also able to arrange for meetups with on-the-spot payment.

Shipping Information
For local postage, it would be ranged from $1 to $3.50 depending on the weight. An additional $2.20 is required for registered mails. As we do not wish our customers to received damaged/defective charms, we strongly recommend registered mailing. Charms adorie shall not be held responsible for any defected charms sent through normal post. In case you might not know, all charms will be presented to you in a exclusive protective pouch free of charge and it will be the most appropriate gift for your loved ones.
